Workshops

Polytheism 101: The theory and methods behind worshipping a number of particular Deities from a variety of ancient and more recent cultures. Presented by P. Sufenas Virus Lupus.

Old Irish Spells: Rather than reconstructing entire religious systems, some of the practices of medieval Irish magic can simply be read from the pages of manuscripts, if one knows how!  A few examples from this limited, but interesting, corpus of materials will be presented. Presented by P. Sufenas Virus Lupus.

Cord Magic: An ancient form of folk magic that continues to be widely embraced in contemporary practice. What’s appealing about cord magic is its simplicity and versatility, as it can be employed for various intentions. Presented by Tabitha Pierzchala, a Priestess in the Georgian Tradition of Wicca, founding member of Silver Spiral Coven, and a practicing Druid. She is also retired military and served as a Distinguished Faith Group Leader in Iraq for the military pagan community deployed there.

Luna Del Mar: For this workshop, we are holding an open Q&A forum and you may ask us anything. We also are bringing a few prepared topics to get the conversation started. Luna Del Mar is an English Traditional style Wiccan coven practicing Georgian & NROOGD (New Reformed Orthodox Order of the Golden Dawn) traditions. The group grew from High Priestess Betsy’s love of the craft and friends who wanted to practice together starting in 2002. Our focus is worship of the Goddess & God, seeking spiritual growth, finding meaning in the cycles of the earth and our lives, and of course personal growth and learning. Meeting 1-2 times per month, Luna Del Mar welcomes inquiries from serious students who are called to the Wiccan path.

Shamanic Clearing: Join Lisa Marie Mansfield for a group clearing of what no longer serves us and enlivening our True Nature as beings of light and pure love. Many powerful healers/witches have felt held back from freely expressing their healing abilities due to unconscious past life trauma and other energies blocking the expression of their abilities. Come liberate what holds you back and step fully into your abilities to make positive change on our planet. Our world needs our gifts more than ever now.

Presented by Lisa Marie Mansfield, founder of The Wake-Up Process & Spiritual Guide, specializing in grief support, emotional release and trauma healing. Lisa’s career began in 1988 as a Massage Therapist. Early, she became curious about the relationship between stuck energy in the body and unaddressed trauma which led her to study energy work, shamanism, and core emotional release work. Over the last 35 years she has walked beside clients through death & dying, divorce, separation, and trauma. Her lifelong spiritual journey informs her approach which is based in compassion and kindness. Clients who work with her share they immediately feel safe with her to express their deepest sorrows and greatest life challenges.

Alternative Burials: Bryan Stucky, a licensed funeral director and embalmer, is set to deliver a talk on alternative burial and service options. Bring your questions and join us to explore intriguing alternatives like home burials, green burials, various cremation choices, and more. Discover how you can fulfill your dream of a Viking funeral and broaden your understanding of unique commemoration possibilities.
